These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of vote4suzanne.com (the “Site”), operated by Suzanne Schmidt for County Commissioner (the “Campaign,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Eligibility
The Site is intended for users who are at least 18 years old. By using the Site, you represent that you are 18 or older and that you are able to form a binding agreement.
2. Use of the Site
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes consistent with these Terms.

- Use the Site in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information, including in connection with a contribution
- Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
- Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or networks

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
3. Intellectual Property
The Site and its contents—including text, graphics, logos, images, photographs, and design—are owned by or licensed to the Campaign and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our prior written consent.
The Campaign’s names, logos, and slogans are the property of the Campaign and may not be used without permission.
4. User Submissions
When you submit information, messages, or other content to us through the Site (for example, through a sign-up or contact form), you grant the Campaign a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, store, and process that content for purposes related to the Campaign. You represent that you have the right to provide any content you submit and that it is accurate and not unlawful.
Do not submit any content that is false, defamatory, infringing, or that you do not have the right to share.
5. Contributions and Donations
Contributions to the Campaign are processed by third-party processors (such as WinRed and eFundraising Connections), and any contribution is subject to those processors’ terms and policies in addition to these Terms.
By making a contribution, you certify that:
- The contribution is made from your own funds and your own personal account, not from funds provided by another person or entity for the purpose of making the contribution;
- You are a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., not a foreign national);
- The contribution is not made from the general treasury funds of a corporation, labor organization, or other prohibited source; and
- You are at least 18 years old.
Contributions are subject to applicable contribution limits and source restrictions under Washington State law and the rules of the Washington Public Disclosure Commission. Contributions to a political campaign are not tax-deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes. Contributor information is subject to public disclosure as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Text Messaging Terms
If you opt in to receive text messages, you consent to receive recurring automated messages from the Campaign at the number you provide, which may be sent using an autodialer. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or contribution. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. 7. Third-Party Links and Services
The Site may contain links to third-party websites and services that we do not own or control, including donation processors and social media platforms. We provide these links for convenience only and are not responsible for the content, products, services, or privacy practices of any third party. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Campaign and its officers, employees, volunteers, agents, and vendors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.
11. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Spokane County, Washington, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will revise the “Effective Date” above. Changes are effective when posted. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Severability and Entire Agreement
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Campaign regarding the Site.
